The MD/CEO of Kingsway Quality Foods (Int’l) Ltd, and Anchor Pad Industries Ltd, Prince Tunji Falade is a 1986 graduate of the University of Ilorin, and also bagged two Masters degrees from the University of Ibadan. He was a recipient of one of the Annual Departmental Best Student's Award (Professional Masters Degree of Industrial Relations ) University of Ibadan,1993.


He also studied Project Management from Gordon Institute of Business Science, Lagos Business School and Strathmore Business School - African Management Initiative (AMI).


He has successfully transversed Human Capital Development, Project Management, Business Development and Strategy, Advertising, Agribusiness and Marketing in the last 36 years.


He was formerly MD/CEO of Promo Products Limited after which he established Kingsway Quality Foods (Int’l) Ltd, a Nutrition - Sensitive Agro Food Processing and Marketing Company in July 2006.


Kingsway Quality Foods (Int'l) Ltd - A partner with USAID/NEXTT, under his leadership was honoured, and became a recipient of "LOCAL RAW MATERIAL CONTENT AWARD" For Outstanding Achievement In Raw Materials Utilization And Innovation, by Raw Material Research Development Council (RMRDC) - A Federal Government Agency of Science & Technology.


Similarly, he has bagged a 'RECOGNITION AWARD' for his commendable roles and immense contribution to the growth and development of SME's in Nigeria by SME TINK -TANK PLATFORM among others.


As a dynamic Nutrition - Sensitive Agro Food Processing Entrepreneur, he was invited by the France based Global Consultative International Group of International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) Program for Health and Nutrition, to serve on it's technical committee of - "FOOD SYSTEM FOR HEALTHIER DIETS IN NIGERIA" - from February 2017 - 2019 . The project is in partnership with International Food Policy Research institute - IFPRI USA, Wageningen University Netherlands, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture - IITA, Private Sector Food Processing Entrepreneurs, and other renowned food nutrition experts and academics globally assembled, to serve on the technical committee.


He was a member of the 2017 OXFAM/EDC Work- In-Progress SME Development Program for Nigeria. An OXFAM support project for Nigeria in collaboration with Enterprise Development Centre (EDC),/Lagos Business School (LBS) of Pan-Atlantic University. Lagos, Nigeria.


He was also a founding member: USA - AFRICA Business Council, Detroit Michigan, USA (Oct.1996), and Nigeria - South Africa Chamber of Commerce (NISAC) June 1995.


He served as council member of The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) between 2017 - 2019, and as the Managing Director of Lagos Chamber of Commerce (Integrated Agriculture Project) - LIAP.


He was the Chairman of Agro-Processing committee, Chairman of 'THINK-TANK' committee of the Industrial Group, and eventually became Chairman of the 'Agriculture and Agro-Allied Sector of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and industry.


He was a founding member of Association of Food and Agro - Processors (AFAP) at Minneapolis in the state of Minnesota, USA in 2018, before the commencement of operations of the association in Nigeria the following year in 2019.


In his personal capacity, he is a member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant- Nigeria (FIMC), and a Certified Management Management Consultant (CMC).


He is a COCHRAN FELLOW of The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Washington DC. USA, through the Cochran Fellowship Training Program at North Dakota State University (NDSU) Fargo ND, University of Minnesota, St. Paul, MN USA, US agencies, and several renowned American Agro & Food Processing Multinationals.


As a vibrant agro food processing entrepreneur, he had been invited at different times to serve on several food and agro related technical committees of both government and the organized private sector to achieve good nutrition and national food security - such as Federal government committee on "One state, One product" policy to achieve accelerated the non- oil sector of the economy, and zero Oil Agenda for the nation, member of Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON), Technical Committee on Organic honey and apiary. He currently a member of the Advisory Board of Tax House.

Interestingly, his vibrance and dynamism was already visible in his late teenage years, when he served in his first and second years as an undergraduate in the University, as the foundation "Secretary General" for two consecutive sessions (1982 - 1984) in his University Chapter for AIESEC NIGERIA - which is a French acronym for (International Association of Students in Economics and Management) with international headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. Also, in his final year in 1985, he was the Karate instructor and head of the Flying Fist Karate/Taekwondo Club at the University.


At different times, he had served as a dynamic member of the country's special contingent to represent The Federal Republic of Nigeria and Africa in several International business events across countries in Europe, United States of America, South Africa, China and South Korea.


He is an erudite and prolific speaker in various lectures, workshops, symposia, seminars and the media. He enjoys extensive reading of diverse subjects that promote self development, playing lawn tennis, meditation, regular walking exercise and extensive travelings.
